BlockNote-Free

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

BlockNote-Free

#1 Post by teobromina »

See the link below:

http://blocknote.net/

I post this because I do not see any trace of it in the database. I do not remember how I got it, but the given link is still actualized. Sorry if someone has presented it before.

The application is an easy WYSIWYG HTML editor, and able to export HTML edited docs to PDF.

To make it portable just need UniversalExtractor.

I have adopted BlockNote mainly because its size (5 times less than Portable NVU). The only 'complain' is that I cannot see the HTML code generated if I do not use some other app (for instance Notepad2).

Some oppinion?

Regards.

Looks like a nice editor. However, after testing w/Sandboxie, the app writes to the registry.

Thank you risk, anyway the application seems to me to be a great help for someone that is not skilled in HTML editing.
