The 64 bit version was Portable (no settings) in my test.

I use Exiv2 (command line) for this task: http://www.exiv2.org/

EXIF Eraser at AlternativeTo

note

EXIF Eraser is portable and stealth- it saves no settings.
In my tests EXIF Eraser worked fine- it stripped off the EXIF information and created back-ups of original images (backup sub-folder created inside the processed folder) yet it the information it showed was not true (Cleaned exif: 0, Files with no Exif: 24- see the image above).
Softpedia provides own download links for EXIF Eraser.
Total Exif Annihilator discussed here is a tool with similar capabilities.

Very cool, thanks for digging that up.

EDIT: strangely you can only drag-and-drop whole directories, not individual files.
