BeCyIconGrabber (resource extractor)

BeCyIconGrabber (previously mentioned by user donald at viewtopic.php?p=20873#p20873) is a simple but essential utility in any portabilizing toolbox -- portable but not stealth itself, so here's my config for a yaP launcher: https://pastebin.com/yw0GUe1k.
