A very impressive tool, but unfortunately doesn't support Windows 7. (I won't be using XP much longer.)

Edit: Wow. I'm speechless.

I use the setting "single-click to open an item" (Windows Explorer -> Tools -> Folder Options). Explorer has "lagged" with this setting: I had to hover an item for, say, 0,2 seconds to focus it. I thought it's just my hardware.

Well, now I have ran Security & Privacy Complete and ticked some checkboxes. And all the lag is gone: every item is focused immediately when I hover it.

I don't know which setting exactly fixed the lag, but I am very grateful to the author.
