Shortcuts Pool lacks any kind of search function, which totally defeats it being essential -- but the file '
Shortcuts.sts' inside program folder is a plain text list of found shortcuts (see schema below), providing for a(n ugly kludge...) workaround.
BTW, files and folders can be dragged and dropped to populate the different categories, and the 'Recent' category is gleaned from %APPDATA%\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\
