Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
Phrozen Skype REC (short for RECorder) is an easy-to-use surveillance tool that can automatically record voice conversations on Skype. It will store the conversation in .wav format.
Note: I couldn't find the "Audio - Capture" category, hope I didn't overlooked it...
The "Path portability" field does not appear in the final entry; plus, the saved path for the recording folder is not saved in relative form, but it is created and changed automatic, as the base folder/drive changes; I've chosen "Automatic relative path", though...
