sorry I didn't develop it so don't expect much support for it. It's already a bit dated on the version but it still works. I can't tell if it is "true" portable but it isn't stealth. It'll run and sync files no problem though. Figured I'd share this incase other people were using google drive.
I've been using portable dropbox for a while but starting to get into google drive and this is good for keeping on computer for rare occasions. I didn't want to install it and this lets me use it without doing so.
did a quick search, didnt see anythinig on google drive except a thread saying its out
