No. But I've enabled the UAC just to re-test the app. And the result was the same. No admin credentials were required on limited accounts (on Vista 64).
But... taking advantage of an oversight of my wife, I could test the program on her notebook. And I confirmed that admin rights are needed to run the app, at least on Windows 7 64.
