Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
It does not appear to save any settings, so it may be functionally portable, but I do not know if it is stealth. Would someone be willing to have a look, and possibly add it to the DB? It appears to no longer have a home site.
In Windows XP Pro SP3, I couldn't detect any Nailit leftovers with PRIMO. However, it was unable to keep PRIMO's window on top; it always got unailed whenever I selected another window...
I'm running both Pitaschio and Sizer, which might interfere with it.
