I have done a very basic testing using regfromapp and believe these to be portable.

Re: More pdf tools
I like the batch processing bit. Is it better than PDFTK Builder? http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1066 I love that program.the accountant wrote:http://pdftk4all.sourceforge.net/

Oddly that site has a listing for "Romanian translation" but the screenshots are in English. Have you tested that?the accountant wrote:PkPdfConverter

Re: More pdf tools
So far looks pretty good. Ran UniExtract to pdftk4all folder and ran it, but had to manually tell it where to find pdftk.exe. Went back and edited the options.ini file to say:webfork wrote:the accountant wrote:http://pdftk4all.sourceforge.net/

Looked into this and it seems that its caused by old DLLs, but I tried installing the MSVCR100.dll without success.pdfedit.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Re: More PDF tools: PDFTK4ALL, PkPdfConverter, and PDFedit
PDFTK4ALL is great, but initial testing to split a very basic PDF file appeared to freeze the program. Just stayed on the "Processing" window until I closed the main one. Unfortunately, the program doesn't appear to have been updated from when it was first posted, so this issue may still be present.
I do like the GPL license and drag-and-drop for almost everything. An open and batch PDF manager would be a welcome addition to the site.
