I was pleased to see this program is still seeing updates as of last year. It's primarily just a hook to get people interested in their password recovery, which means breaking bad encryption or brute forcing passwords for good encryption. Still, I can see a few situations where some analysis of encrypted drive contents would be useful.

Update here -- still seems to be in development, with an update back in April. I though some of the demo limits on the download page were worth another post. Definitely more going on here than was initially mentioned. First 3 letters of a password is a good password hint and there's a Mac version.

===
Demo Version Limitations

Recovers either the first 3 letters of passwords or passwords containing no more than 3 characters
Allows each of the attacks to run for up to 1 minute
For Windows users, resets a 'Demo12345' password only
For FDE decryption, has limitations on the volume size:
64 MB for VeraCrypt, TrueCrypt, and PGP WDE,
384 MB for FileVault,
512MB for APFS.

System Requirements

PC platforms (64-bit only): Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, or Windows 8.x/10
macOS Monterey (12), Big Sur (11), Catalina (10.15), or Mojave (10.14)
