Convert .NET is a freeware. An useful developer's utility that allows users to Convert C# to VB.NET.
You can also utilize our regular expression tester and online dictionary.
A standalone tool that does not require installation.

Hi, despite the interesting subject, the apps which require .NET cannot be considerd as portable...

.Net to C/C++ would be a Lot more useful, :P
...though prolly not as easy to pull off, >.<
