Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

KillKeys

KillKeys disables specified keys, preventing programs from picking them up.
The default behavior is to disable both windows keys and the menu key when in fullscreen windows to prevent accidentally pressing them when playing games.

if only i would have seen this before ripping those damn keys off of my keyboard. i think i still have them somewhere.
