Yeah, further testing made that clear. However, I was able to easily convert the WEBM file over using the Video/Audio Converter tab:

1. Set Video codec to "None"
2. Set the Audio codec to "Direct Copy"
3. Set the encoder to FFMpeg and select no at the subtitles warning window.

This unfortunately didn't work in the video downloader tab - it tried to convert it to another codec (I could see the progress window as it ran the conversion process) and then it crashed.

Will send over the bug report on that. Could you message me a workable email address?

You can send bug reports to ozok26[at]gmail[dot]com. There are a few problems related to convertion after downloading. I've fixed some of those but there might be some I missed.

@webfork I released a new version yesterday. It should fix lots of problems related to video downloader and make things a bit cleaner interface-wise.

By the way the x64 portable build of TEncoder 4.5.2.4940 has been misspelled- 'TEncoder(4.5.2)sportable_64bit.exe' instead of 'TEncoder(4.5.2)portable_64bit.exe' ('sportable' in stead of 'portable').

I realized that after I uploaded it to 4 different sites. And re-uploading it didn't seem appealing.

Thank you. I have updated the entry. :) (The update hit the update frequency filter and therefore didn't bring TEncoder to the main page.)

@ozok
The x64 portable build of TEncoder 4.5.9.5125 at SourceForge is corrupted. Also the portable builds downloaded from FossHub show wrong version number in 'About' (TEncoder 4.5.8.5116).

Thanks @smaragdus I'll re-upload said files. Changing the version number must have slipped my mind.

I've released an other version which fixes the problem @smaragdus mentioned. It also includes several fixes and workarounds. I downloaded all version from both sf.net and fosshub.com and all seem to work fine.

@ozok

Thanks for the new version of TEncoder (4.5.10.5129). About version 4.5.9.5125- the x64 portable build (TEncoder(4.5.9)portable_64bit.exe) downloaded from FossHub was fine, but the same file downloaded from SourceForge gave errors. I supposed that my download manager somehow might have corrupted the download so I re-downloaded is using a browser but I again got errors while trying to run or extract the SFX file, please see the screen-shots:
1-
TEncoder 4.5.9.5125 - error 001 - 2015-11-30.png
TEncoder 4.5.9.5125 - error 001 - 2015-11-30.png (9.84 KiB) Viewed 30440 times
2-
TEncoder 4.5.9.5125 - error 002 - 2015-11-30.png
TEncoder 4.5.9.5125 - error 002 - 2015-11-30.png (6.88 KiB) Viewed 30440 times
Now this doesn't matter since there is a new version but if you'd like you might delete and re-upload TEncoder(4.5.10)portable_64bit.exe at SourceForge- perhaps SourceForge corrupted the file.

I downloaded both 4.5.9 and 4.5.10 from SourceForge earlier and they extract fine. I had an issue with one of the mirrors earlier today (iWeb Montreal, CA) giving me extremely slow downloads and corruption for some files not related to tencoder. Switched to the japanese mirror (jaist) which seems to be the fastest for me from SoCal and all is fine.
