Gradiator 2.1a seems to run normally as intended on my Win10 machine.

Nifty program, still works great in Win10, as juverax pointed out. GIMP of course has lots of tools to do what this can, but if you need something dead-simple tools for creating watermarks, desktop backgrounds, and simple image transparency, it's very sharp.
