Iconize - Minimize Apps To The System Tray

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

I posted the file because there was a note requesting v 2.0.0.5 at https://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1176. Was not aware that the forum dose not host files.

Btw the link to the VirusTotal report of the uploaded file is below.

Not a problem. Again, sometimes we make exceptions, which is why it's not in the FAQ. Based on this thread, it might be time to go ahead and draft some possible text around that.

The VirusTotal link you provided gives says "No engines detected this file," which means it has no reputation. A popular freeware program from should have some kind of status on VT.

No, that's not correct. AVs are only supposed to detect malware and potentially harmful software. "Undetected" from every AV is the ideal situation: it means that the software is almost certainly harmless.

My apologies, that's correct. The engine replies "No matches found" rather than "No engines detected" when there's a new file. I'll get the file nolajovol posted back online soon.

Just discovered Iconize is private, so I have upvoted and make it public again:

https://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1176

Also, I made a local copy of nolajovol's 2.0.0.5 version for download.

I am still using Iconize on a daily basis on the latest Windows 10 with no issue at all, and I think it's a really handy app to have for iconizing those apps without a native iconize function.

If you have any concerns with my upvote, do lemme know.
