I finally got around to testing URL Snooper... and got nowhere fast, with it repeatedly complaining of missing DLLs and not even starting (I didn't install winpcap, I'm afraid).

I noticed that "admin" gave it -10 . It works for me. Is it allowed to vote it up into visibility, or is it hidden "administratively"?

req. winpcap
aggressive donationware to the level of not freeware like many from donationcoder - req. some key from site, free but still

I understand the arguments against it. I install WinPcap like .NET, .NET Core, etc when I install Windows, because it is needed by multiple tools.

It is a nagware but getting a free key doesn't even require registration, so it passes my threshold for free considering how useful it is.

Which brings me back to the question: Is it a decision by the admin to hide it, or is it still voted on democratically?
