I don't know if it is stealth, I just found it while searching some software like that and I found it useful and didn't see any query in the forum and wanted to share.

Also at http://sourceforge.net/projects/filebot/

FileBot requires a Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0 to run.

Quick test using version 4.2 (requires Java 1.7 whereas version 4.5 requires Java 1.8 ):
- works with jPortable 1.7 (1.8 not available yet)
- saves cache/settings folder to AppData, but can be redirected to the launch folder using "-Duser.home=." parameter
- saves some settings into the registry (not important ones) "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\net\filebot". Anyone knows how to prevent this from happening?

Great app!

This program is still under active development with v.4.7.2:

It's admittedly is focused on renaming media files but I was impressed by how it covers TV specifically shows and audio. In terms of portability, there's a batch file that I think needs to be modified to connect to jPortable, but I think it would work. The portable version appears to otherwise work portably.

There's a lot here and the program includes a pretty solid intro slideshow with linked Youtube vids:

Old topic update: Filebot v4.9.3 released 2021-02-15 (announcements posted to https://www.filebot.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=7; downloads at https://www.filebot.net/download.html).

FYI, Filebot appears to have gone trialware: https://www.filebot.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=11790.

Topic moved.
