Bacar - backup and sync tool

Bacar is a win32 command line backup and sync tool for use in console window or batch files.
Windows 10 (32 & 64 bit), Win8, Win7, Vista, Win XP, Win 2000. Bacar is freeware.



PURPOSE
1) Synchronize files and directories, for example between hard drive and USB drive or synchronize two computers via USB drive
2) General purpose backup and restore utility with many options

I love bacar, but the issue with bacar is you cannot (yet) exclude folders. robocopy, onewaybackup, and rclone you can.

Agree it's an important limitation that specific directories can't be excluded. Onewaybackup has this feature? I see an option to exclude file types, but not an option to exclude specific folders. Maybe I'm missing something.
