Don't think there are many apps similar to Vizitka and it has been reported as portable (untested!).

Alternative sources:

Vizitka appears to be a console application.
Settings are in vizitka.ini.
No interface just type text into vizitka.txt replacing text in place from author.
Line 1 = name
Line 2 = occupation
Line 3 = phone number
Line 4 = 2nd phone number
Line 5 = email address

Vizitka when lauched opens a console window reads vizitka.txt and creates vizitka.html
The html file can then be printed and cut.
The policy re: console applications likely excludes this program from inclusion.

Cant find any listed though office suites and text editors could perform this function.(Libre Office for one)
Simnor Business Card Creator was either mentioned or submitted some time back but could not be searched for as forum search was down. (May have been deleted as not portable.)

Topic update: Vizitka v20.06 released (no changelog).

Since Vizitka is a CLI program -- with no known parameters apart from text file inputs -- moving topic to "CLI Submissions".

v20.06 allows the user to add a picture to the business card. Not sure of any other changes to the program from the previous version. I briefly tested the program and it appears to work well (it also works on XP). The included PDF help file describes its features and provides detailed instructions for using the program. Another feature carried over from the previous version is that a QR code can be easily added to the back of the business card. Below are a couple of screenshots for the front and back of a sample business card I made.
