xMenuTools - context menu tools

Synopsis: Lightweight application with a variety of commonly requested windows tools built into a right-click menu. Despite the naming, this is unrelated to WinPenPack (which usually puts "x-" in front of it's programs).

Status: Not portable. The dev actually made this easy on me:
Contrary to what other websites are saying, xMenuTools is not portable by definition and should be installed to a non-removable drive.
To be clear, there are ways to make context-menu tools portable (usually a stop and start function), but this program obviously isn't aiming for that.
