Status: Unclear. I was determined to make it work with just 7zip so I didn't complete a thorough test. Based on the directory contents, I believe the program is not portable and writes to AppData. As such, I've posted to the non-portable thread.

Note that you can unzip this program using 7zip and a host of relaxing OGG audio files will be in the subdirectories.
