Few things:

* Welcome to the site :)
* Are you the dev?
* Where does it write settings? Did you mean to post this in the "Not Portable" forum? (Edit: sorry, that was us)
* Softpedia is listing you as shareware but, given that I can't find a "buy" option on the site, that seems out of date.
* Not seeing a screenshot - not sure if the image you posted is on a domain that my machine is blocking for whatever reason, but also not seeing any screenshots on the home page.

...the site is indeed not showing up at all with uMatrix enabled :?
Seems not portable.
