Crosimage (image viewer)

#1 Post by Midas »

Crosimage was inspired by well known XnView and is 64-bits only, but it claims portability (untested!) so I think it should be brought before TPFC community.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/crosimage/ wrote:[Crosimage is a] Cross-platform image viewer with some GUI improvements, which I missed in other programs like XnView. For example, intellectual folder thumbnails, three-picture slideshows etc. Also aimed to big speed when working with big folders.

Download portable Crosimage release 1 from http://sourceforge.net/projects/crosimage/files/.

Requires:

msvcr110.dll
msvcr120.dll
msvcp110.dll
msvcp120.dll

Got this warning:
2016-04-02_023853.jpg
I did not find any such SQLite file however I was not logged in as administrator so not sure about portability status.

I noticed that Crosimage writes to the registry too at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Neurocod\Crosimage

So "portable" here means only "no install"... :(

@webfork: please move as required. Thanks.

Old thread update: program appears to have dropped of SF and moved to Github: https://github.com/neurocod/Crosimage ... no downloadable release, looks to be just source code.
