QMPlay2 is a video and audio player. It can play all formats supported by FFmpeg, libmodplug (including J2B and SFX). It also supports Audio CD, raw files, Rayman 2 music and chiptunes. It contains YouTube and MyFreeMP3 browser.
...for portable version for Windows create empty file portable (without file extension) near the QMPlay2.exe file,

Version tested: 22.03.19 (March 20, 2022), settings saved in its own folder, QT leftovers present into the registry.

Verdict: Portable, not Stealth, manual relative paths supported, multiplatform, not perfect but very decent media player.

QMPlay2 can also be a great Radio player :

It uses the Radio-Browser.info database which currently contains more than 30,000 Radios and some TVs like BBC World News.
