Yes... I need a program that assist me in the process of tables design in CSS for web design. Better if it's portable. TopStyle Lite it's not a solution for me. It works very fine with CSS, but I'm looking for a program that do my job easier.
Any Idea?

It hasn't been accepted as portable here at PFC but I'd probably start with Oiko CSS editor

How do you set webpage layout using CSS? I read online that nowadays websites aren't being laid out by the use of tables anymore, instead they are being laid out using CSS? Is this true? How is this done?
