Website change monitor

Anybody know of a good portable website change monitoring program?

On my desktop I use WebMon. It works OK but has some limitations when defining regions of a web page to watch (it's almost impossible to configure monitoring of message boards with Stickies at the top)

Something portable and more powerful than WebMon would be great.

If you're using Firefox Portable, I am using the "Update Scanner" extension:

It's quite cool. Does highlighting of changes with options to ignore certain changes (eg. numbers).
