An interesting uml modelling tool written in Java.
I downloaded the installer and installed it. After that i copied the files on the stick and run the jar file. It works fine for me.

Cons: 24MB and Java.
I would rather try to portablize StarUML (even if it's dead):

Quick search:
http://bouml.free.fr/download.html
http://web.tiscali.it/ggbhome/umlpad/umlpad.htm
Both should be fast and portable. I didn't try either.

I just saved a long and detailed draft of a comment on this post.
But it seems that I can't get back my draft, and since I don't feel like writing it again (sorry!) .... therefore my post will be very brief:
Fujaba is now: MechatronicUML tool suite 1.0 (Full-Eclipse Neon.2 x86 Bundle; Released December 2016)
Page: http://www.mechatronicuml.org/en/download.html
Direct download link: http://www.mechatronicuml.org/files/MUM ... x86_64.zip (610 Mb)
Windows unzip tool cannot open the zip .... I used WinRar
Note: to run mechatronnicuml you need JRE or JDK.
Despite the fact that mechatronicuml incorporates UML in its name, it is not the tool/methodology commonly used for the design of software applications, it is a UML tool specialized for MECHATRONICS ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mechatronics ).
See: http://www.mechatronicuml.org/en/details.html
