Runoff for 2020-2021 best portablefreeware

After a three-way-tie, I decided to put in for another vote ... this one is just 5 days (it's usually 14) so don't wait.

I like that Handbrake is represented now in the DB, it's an excellent program. One downside since v1.5.1 I learned recently is it only supports W10 now, which is a pity for anyone on W8.1 for example.

simplewall caught my eye in the nominations and it seems like a robust utility and something I'd been after so it got my vote.

Will be interesting to see who pulls ahead of these three :)

I've been encoding some more video recently so Handbrake gets my vote. Otherwise, it would be PDFArranger, which is in my PDF toolbelt.
is it stealth? ;)

I am now using PDF Arranger at least weekly, allowing me to finally cull half a dozen other PDF tools from my toolkit.

PDF Arranger gets my run-off vote.

Strange that PDFArranger is up for best portable software when it's not really portable. lol.

It writes to the appData folder. I mean, it's portable I guess, just not stealth.

HandBrake is legit the only one of the 3 I've used, so I'm not *just* being a troublemaker.
