Windows 10: return of the startup manager

#1 Post by webfork » Thu Oct 26, 2017 2:07 pm

I finally got "upgraded" to Windows 10 where evidently they hamstrung msconfig and now the need for a startup manager has returned (winaero.com).

Some of the older ones here on the site are still being recommended.

Just as a sidenote, make sure you use a 64bit startup manager if your window 10 is 64bit. I'm using this tool from Nir Sofer: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/what_run_in_startup.html
