Shutting down CodePlex

How many CodePlex-hosted programs we have in DB?

The emerging lesson, after Google Code and now Codeplex untimely demises, seems to be "never place all your eggs in one basket".

Take it from Stanford Uni and the Library of Congress (e.g., see https://www.lockss.org/) and do LOCKSS -- "Lots Of Copies Keep Stuff Safe"... :|

That's for sure. Still, I would like to see projects avoid self-hosting as much as possible; just because you can host your program off Google Drive doesn't mean you should.

Hopefully Codeplex will do something similar to Google Code and maintain a read-only copy of all data.

Autover v2.2.1 also has an indirect reference to Codeplex in its License field
