Here's a guess at a possible context:

may mean DropboxPortableAHK, using an old version of DropBox ( 1.1.45 )
Dropbox is cloud storage (like a flash drive you can't forget)
Drew Houston, as MIT student, made DropBox after repeatedly forgetting flash drive
