is there a way to have f.lux full portable stealth ?

but can do it full stealth!

is there a way to have full portable?

A launcher/wrapper can only clean up things but there is no way to make a non-portable app fully portable & stealth. If you need that, you should contact the author of f.lux and request an official portable version. Even then there will be some leftovers that cannot be eliminated (MRU, temp files, logs, etc).
