is there an edit that can read or save *.mo extension ?

Hi
is there a portable test editor that can save *.mo extension?

poedit can do it , it's open source but sadly no portable

or a portable version for translation

You can use yaP launcher to make Poedit portable:

I suggested yaP because I use Poedit with it but surely there are other ways too.

but i found out it's not stealth
it register the file *.mo

I see no traces of that in the registry. No '.mo' key in HKCR, and nothing when searching for "poedit" in the entire registry (besides some MRU and other keys).
