Hi
about picpick and
Download the installer and extract using 7-zip to a folder of your choice.
Delete $PLUGINSDIR and saveappdata.ini.
Create a blank file called picpick.ini in the same folder.
Launch picpick.exe.
i found it creates a folder in c:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\picpick\

under w7 64bit

can you confirm?
thanks
