I was looking for some program to compile a cpp file to form a small .dll of avidemux 2.6 filter.

I found this program for the job and submitted. Rate it!

well this is actually the name of the program, I am actually havin trouble to learn to use it but I have the tip that it works (as its from linux-complicated and is a useful tool).

its listed in softpedia, and the version I submitted to TPFC is the latest before they moved the site to the bitbucket. the download link I didnt put but is in the site

It's a console program. Does not belong in the db.

That's correct. Please see the FAQ "Why don't you accept command-line apps?" Moving out of the Submission folder ...
