There are several listed on the Files - Backup/Restore page.

However the note about portability for Duplicati would apply to any "scheduled" program.
Note that as portable software, it necessarily does not run at system startup so the available scheduling tools cannot function unless the program is actually running. To manually run a backup, just start the wizard and select "Run a backup immediately".

Any other preferences for the backup program? Do you want it to sync or do incremental backups? Are security and compression an issue? Remote or local?

I personally use a program called Duplicati as it works with a variety of services, is FOSS, and works via scheduling. However, I avoid using the built-in scheduling that would require I run it all the time and instead have Pstart launch it weekly. If you're not a fan of PStart, System Scheduler Free is probably more your speed.
