Has NirSoft released NirLaunch yet?

Does anyone know, has NirSoft released their NirLaunch program yet? If yes, where to download?
Also, is there a NirSoft-Forum somewhere?

Thanks Folks,
once I downloaded NirLauncher,
I can't find anything named NirLauncher.
No .exe and no .chm .
I would expect to see atleast a file named NirLaunch.exe
?

If you go here >> http://launcher.nirsoft.net/download.html and select the download button and extract the downloaded ZIP. From there you will see a file called NirLauncher.exe, launch it.

Oops,
I see where i went bad:
I went back & examined the .zip
and I unsipped the Nir.Folder,
but nirlaunch is not in the NirFolder.
I is in the same level as Nir.Folder, noFolder.
So it didn't get included in unzip.
