Looking for portable RSS feed reader for offline...

Good evning, im new here and happy that i found this great site!!

I wonder if anyone knows a RSS feed reader, that i can update @home and read @work offline.
and i dont wanna save each news in a single file.

Thanks, i have take a look at GreatNews, but havent tryied for offline yet.
