This application (Clear Icon Cache) works as advertised in Vista Sp2.
That is it deletes the icon cache, ... but ...
The topic is
through PeerBlock's own interface, or restarting the OS.
Not all programs play by the same rules with regard to tray icons.

An idea for anyone capable and willing would be to combine the ability of Clear Icon Cache with something which could copy the icon cache then allow the later addition of anything missing Post use of "clear icon cache" program (or some similar function) from the copy (pre-clear) to the new cache.
