This application (Clear Icon Cache) works as advertised in Vista Sp2.

That is it deletes the icon cache, ... but ...
The topic is
Restore *all* systray icons after a explorer crash?
One obvious fail PEERBLOCK 1.0 beta the tray icon is restored only
through PeerBlock's own interface, or restarting the OS.

Not all programs play by the same rules with regard to tray icons.

************Warning Crazy Idea Ahead************************8

An idea for anyone capable and willing would be to combine the ability of Clear Icon Cache with something which could copy the icon cache then allow the later addition of anything missing Post use of "clear icon cache" program (or some similar function) from the copy (pre-clear) to the new cache.
