Recent Updates notifications (BrowserDownloadsView)

#1 Post by __philippe »

Trifling versions incongruities in:

RECENT UPDATES
BrowserDownloadsView v12.9 ➟ v1.00

Code: Select all

IF
software-entry=NEW
THEN
former-version#=VOID
ENDIF
Much ado about nothing, agreed...

Well, when adding two latest NirSoft programs, I decided instead of creating new entries, to utilise existing private entries (and will do it in the future), but only duplicate or spamming entries.
So, for BrowserDownloadsView it was some spam entry with version 12.9 before editing.
Sorry if there happened some inconvenience, should announced that before

Yep, supposedly part of the Emojione set that, alas, is no more and has been replaced with JoyPixels!?

I have found a few more, but can't figure out a reliable source or pattern...

:amphora: :church: :cross: :monkey: :camel: :cityscape: :foggy: :sunrise:

Some country names work, too -- but not "usa", "france" or "spain" for some reason. :unamused:

:canada: :uk: :belgium: :portugal: :egypt: :greece:

EDIT: well, I found a visual list and figured the separator/blank character to be the underscore... :no_mouth:

https://emojipedia.org/joypixels/3.1/

Happy :two: :zero: :two: :zero: :exclamation:

EDIT: FTR, I solved it in a roundabout way. Downloaded the Emojione source code release from https://github.com/joypixels/emojione/releases ('emojione-4.5.0.zip'). Inside that archive is a 'emoji.json' which is nothing but a formatted plain text file that lists several elements for each and every emoji included. Use a JSON editor/viewer -- I used Mitec Json Viewer -- to search for the name of the image as given in the Joypixels page above and just used the string given in its "shortname" key.

Code: Select all

E.g.: :frowning: for "Frowning face with open mouth"

So :france: doesn't work, but :flag_fr: or just :fr: does, as seen below...
:us: :fr: :es:
