Annoying Search Issue

OK, switched to "placeholder" method and tested. Also added "title" attribute.

The forum search box comes from phpBB. Upgrading phpBB may or may not change the box to use an HTML5 placeholder.

What I was trying to say is that the forum search box is not Andrew's code. Fixing the issue in forum search is either really hard or impossible. :(

I took a crack at it, and it turned out not to be too difficult, so it has been done.

However, there's always the risk that a later upgrade will break the change. But I am sure I will hear some screams from you guys when that happens. :D
