Download VoipBuster v4.4.550.0 installer
Download JPE Launcher

"VoipBuster is a free program that uses the latest technology to bring free and high-quality voice communications to people all over the world.
When you use the free VoipBuster software, you can call regular phones in various popular destinations for free or call at an incredible low rate to any other phone on the planet.

You can also call all your online friends (pc-to-pc calls) as long as you like, for free. Just click here to download VoipBuster"

Minimum System Requirements:
PC running Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 (with SP2)
300 MHz processor
128 MB RAM
10 MB free disk space on your hard drive
Sound Card and a headset
Internet Connection broadband: Cable, DSL, with minimum 64 kbit/s (up/downstream)

Any one who uses The Voipbuster will soon realize that the new version creates a backup of the user's profile in the appdata folder.
So I remade the JPE Launcher to redirect this folder into the portable filesystem.
Some changes were also made to ignore any installed versions if used on a system with the program already installed.

SETUP: Install Voipbuster onto the machine but do not launch the app.Once installed copy the program folder files into the JPE portable folder ( ".\Data\VoipBuster" ) and uninstall.
Files to be place in the " .\Program\VoipBuster" folder:

VoipBuster.exe
mapiitf.dll

odbcbcp.dll
VoipBuster.url
Danish.lang
Dutch.lang
Finnish.lang
French.lang
German.lang
Italian.lang
Norwegian.lang
Polish.lang
Portuguese.lang
Russian.lang
Spanish.lang
Swedish.lang

Notes:

-the program requires the odbcbcp.dll to function.
You may need to download it and place along side the program files in the Data folder
-Its best to keep all languages,
if you delete them you will get "updates available" messages
-Its best to not UPX the program's exe,
you might get "invalid client" messages
-If you dispose of the URL in the program folder
you wont be able to do updates via the program.
-During install several file associations are made;use the reg file included to remove them
-Review the reg file before use

Unlike the first version I made I have actually used this one and its pretty cool
especially if you make your calls in a free zone 8)
