Recent down time

TPFC was down for a number of hours due to an IP address configuration issue.
The hosting provider did a network upgrade and decided to move the VPS instance to a totally different subnet.
Because I am not familiar with the process, I made an error with configuring the new IP address/subnet. I am still not sure why, because it seemed to work initially. But when I checked again some time later, nothing was working. So began the mad scramble to research and fix things up.
I am pretty sure I have done the right thing this time, and all should be working now.
