JauntePE: how to add "reg delete.bat" at exit?

I have successfully created a portable app using JPESetupCapture050 for x32Bit OSes.
Only minor problem is when ran in x64Bit OSes, it adds a registry entry.
Im trying to add a batch file to delete that specific registry entry.
Does anyone know how to add this batch, and have it execute when exiting?
