So I'd like to get a an "intro to JauntPE" post that we could make it "sticky" (always at the top) in this forum. Would anyone be willing to do a write-up on that? I tried doing some digging and game up with some possible intro text but I'm missing quite a bit:

Short description
"Windows portable app maker: launcher(s), runtime, and interface designed to help you run non-portable applications in a portable manner."

Project Homepage
http://jauntepe.sourceforge.net/

How to build portable applications with with JPE
Seems like a good overview of both the advantages and weaknesses of the program
http://www.blog.creativform.com/how-to- ... r-windows/

I'm certain someone on the site who has experience with it could put something together better than that. Any takers?

I don't think anyone could write a better intro than the website...

Hope redllar and crownixx are doing OK. Thank you, guys!

Is JauntePE still relevant in Windows 8/10?

I haven't used JauntePE in so long. Been mostly using yaP.

JauntePE are only compatible to make 16 and 32 bit software portable.
I wish a 64-bit compatible version whould come soon, but the project has stopped.
