The version of RegSeeker they're distributing isn't in the VirusTotal database, neither the RAR file nor "RegSeeker.exe" file it contains. As there's no reason to modify the original freeware program, I'd avoid this place.
Also, going through the download sequence is pop-up city, which somehow got around Firefox popup blockers.
