Yeah it is a strange thing to offer. As I said I prefer JK Defrag GUI but some may like this program.
I do have to say though that apart from CCleaner there other programs are a bit pathetic when compared to the alternatives.

I'd like to suggest Paint.NET as according to the writer once it's installed you can copy the folder to a USB stick and use it on any computer with version 2 of the .NET framework installed. Not sure if it writes anything outside of it's own folder though. Of course requiring the .NET framework does...
