@joby_toss: A manually search in my Vista x64 reveals no traces in the registry, especially of the keys you've mentioned.
Is that a peculiarity of Windows 7 x64?

That's true. If you need the wma decoder the software won't be stealth and the portability will be affected.

Sure. But, leaving aside the traces in the registry, the usability of the application will be very limited if you can't use the plugins due to the .NET requeriments...
